With passion and positive energy, he has built one of the most advanced manufacturing set-ups in the industry for Sigma Toolings. From Six Sigma, lean manufacturing to Industry 4.0 Technology and Artificial Intelligence, Sigma’s design, shop-floor and supply chains are fully aligned to serve the demands of customers around the world.

For more than a decade, Shashi has stayed invested in research for leveraging Industry 4.0 technologies in manufacturing, particularly tooling and inserts. He finds comfort in ambiguity and conflicting ideas and emerges with clarity and action. With a strong business acumen, Shashi is leading Sigma Toolings into one of the world’s best technology companies in Toolings and related solutions and always being a great place to work.

Sukesh is highly resourceful, and recognised for his deep ‘solutions’ expertise amongst leading OEMs and Tied I suppliers. He is particularly valued for a holistic understanding of the manufacturing problems and his unique hands-on insights that ensure successful implementation of the solution. His unique hands-on coaching style with an approachable attitude makes anyone, be it the Machine Operators or the decision makers, easy to connect. Backed by an expertise of 25 years and proven track record of leading the solution and delivery of Toolings for 300+ components, Sukesh is the go-to-expert for all resolving all kinds of issues in Toolings from cost, quality, productivity to timelines.

Sukhesh along with Shashi founded Sigma Tooling’s in 2001. He has widely travelled and is instrumental in driving the global expansion, tie-ups and R&D initiatives at Sigma Toolings.

Samarendra is knowledgeable, creative and result-oriented leader. Customers and Sales Partners recognise Samarendra for the passion and support that he brings to the table for their success. In a short span, he has built sales and marketing capabilities for domestic and export business, and related processes for customer’s success.

He is an MBA in Marketing comes with 18+ years of experience in sales & marketing of lubricants and metal wear protection among others. His skills have won him many accolades including The Best Manager, The Best Strategy for Area Development and Outstanding Leadership.

At Sigma, Samarendra has been driving nationwide sales and marketing efforts for various SBUs, strategic growth initiatives, new product development, and establishment of policy guidelines for the company in line with Vision, Mission, and Goals.

Dinesh is motivated and driven for building new and innovative solution. A leader with over two decades of expertise, Dinesh has done it all from developing concepts, products and solutions in Customised Tooling, Fixtures and Carbide Inserts. He is especially recognised by the clients for result-oriented approach and strong determination to develop and execute game-changing innovations. He has also led and developed several unique products for the first time in India.

The secret of Dinesh’s success is a holistic approach in solution building that is focused on carefully understanding and satisfying the needs of all stakeholders including production, quality, procurement and commercials.

Afsar is a harvester of ideas. He is on the mission to drive continuous improvement at Sigma Toolings. He comes with strong experience of improving processes, technology and people skills for several high profile manufacturing firms in toolings industry. He always inspires and harvests ideas to improve quality, while not losing on any opportunity to optimise processes and reduce costs.
With Afsar’s initiative, Sigma Toolings has implemented advanced production softwares, solutions for inventory management and driving the production to one led by Industry 4.0 techologies.

Ramashankar is a highly effective and self-driven CFO with 10+ years of experience in leadership and finance. He is specialized in designing financial strategies and developing action plans by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements by identifying monetary resources. Ramashankar has the expertise in developing prospects of the organization by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities. He projects acquisition and expansion prospects by analyzing organization’s operations. At Sigma, Ramashankar has identified opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, systems enhancement and accumulating capital to fund expansion. He has also established operational strategies in finance by evaluating trends of current market.
